Wednesday, December 3rd

9 am - 10 pm                 Trailers may arrive and Stalls can be set up - no cattle until 3 pm

3 pm                             Cattle allowed into barns

Thursday, December 4th

7 am – 10 pm               Trailers may arrive and Junior Show Stalls can be set up

9 am – 4 pm                HBC Show Office Open

10 am – 5 pm              Pick Up Back Tags and Entry Cards in the foyer of the Expo Hall

12 noon                      Weigh and Tag ALL SALE CATTLE at the scales

2 pm - 5 pm                  Scales will be open to weigh;

Angus, Charolais, Chi, Hereford, Maine, Shorthorn, Shorthorn Plus, Simmental, Crossbred Steers and Market and Commercial Heifers

Friday, December 5th

7 am – 10 am               Trailers may arrive and Junior Show Stalls can be set up

8 am – 6 pm               HBC Show Office Open

8 am - 10 am               Breed dues for all breeds will be collected in the Show Rings

8 am – 10 am              Pick Up Back Tags and Entry Cards in the foyer of the Expo Hall

9 am - 7 pm                 HBC Tradeshow Open

10 am                         All Junior Show Cattle must be in the barn

9 am - 12 pm              Scales will be open to weigh;

Crossbred Steers and Market and Commercial Heifers

10 am - 12 pm              Scales will be open to weigh;

Angus, Charolais, Chi, Hereford, Maine, Shorthorn, Shorthorn Plus, Simmental Steers

10 am - 11 am              Scales will be open to weigh;

AOB, Belted Galloway, Black Hereford, Gelbvieh, Limousin, Mini Hereford, Red Angus, and Red Poll Steers

10 am - 12 pm               Heifer Check In open to check in for;

Angus, Charolais, Composite Charolais, Chi, Chiangus, Hereford, Maine, Mainetainer, Shorthorn, Shorthorn Plus, Simmental and Sim-Solution Heifers

11 am - 12 pm              Heifer Check In open to check in for;

AOB, Belted Galloway, Black Hereford, Gelbvieh, Limousin, Mini Hereford, Red Angus, and Red Poll Heifers

1 pm                           Ringside for Riley 

3 pm                           Entry deadline for the Team Fitting Contest

3 pm                           Sullivan Supply Fitting Demonstration in the Annex by the Scales

3:30                           Sale Cattle Steer & Heifer Show in the Show Ring

4 pm                           Team Fitting Contest in the Annex by the Scales

4 pm                           Entry deadline for the Judging Contest

5 pm                           Steer & Heifer Sale Online Live Close Out

Saturday, December 6th

7 am – 8 am                 Pick up cards for the Junior Judging Contest

8 am – 5 pm                HBC Show Office Open

8 am – 10:30 am        Judging Contest in the Show Ring

9 am – 7 pm                HBC Tradeshow Open

11:00 am                    Showmanship - All rounds in Show Ring

1:30 pm                       Judging Contest Results Announced

4 pm - 8 pm               Junior Show (Will start at 4 pm or 30 minutes after completion of

the Showmanship Finals, if Showmanship runs over)

Sunday, December 7th

8 am – 2 pm                HBC Tradeshow Open

8 am – 4 pm                HBC Show Office Open

8 am – 4 pm               Junior Show
