This year's HBC Trade Show promises to be bigger and better than ever.
Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the 2025 Hoosier Beef Congress Trade Show. Please review this information carefully prior to submitting your application. In order to be considered for a vendor spot, you MUST submit the application, signed liability clause, insurance documentation, and payment. Applications can be submitted via email (hgee@indianabeef.org) or by mail (8425 Keystone Crossing, STE 240, Indianapolis, IN 42640).
2024 vendors – in order to be guaranteed your same exhibitor spot that you had in 2024, you must submit the required materials by October 10, 2025. All remaining spots after that date will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
First-time vendors applying for the trade show - you will be notified of your application status on October 10, 2025 and charges will not be processed until after that date.
Applications for the 2025 HBC trade show will be accepted until November 14, 2025 (or until the event is sold out). If you have any questions, please contact Hannah Gee at hgee@indianabeef.org.
